What a beautiful little cottage this was. Stayed here with the fam over the weekend and had a lovely time. The cottage is deceptively large, warm, clean, and very well presented. The surrounding hill views from the gravel garden were stunning. The hot tub and handmade garden table added a touch of luxury. Jane and her family were incredibly welcoming and gave helpful advice on where to eat and go in the local village. A peaceful place for a relaxing weekend or a base for exploring nearby towns like Whitby and Scarborough. Highly recommend!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

My recent stay at Orchard House was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The cottage itself was stunning, with beautiful interior and a real homely feel. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot tub, which had the most amazing view of the rolling fields and pond. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hosts were kind and thoughtful, leaving a bottle of prosecco for my arrival. The attention to detail in the cottage was impressive, with comfortable beds, cosy rugs, and well-equipped facilities. Although there were a few minor issues such as the lack of a welcome book and instructions, and the need for a bit more friendliness from the main point of contact, these did not detract from the overall wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Orchard House for a truly special getaway.

The bedrooms at Orchard House were so cozy and inviting! I instantly felt at home with the warm and soft decor. As a young people, I loved the modern touches and the comfy beds. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring.
Some people might love it, but for me, the bathrooms were a bit too bright and white. It felt a bit sterile and lacking character.

Orchard House in Rosedale Abbey was worth every penny with its beautiful countryside location, charming decor, and comfortable beds. The staff treated us like family and made our stay extra special.
The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be a wider variety of utensils in the kitchen for cooking.

The cottage itself was well-equipped and had comfortable beds, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable stay. The lack of instructions for the appliances, which made it a bit challenging to use them. the access road had severe potholes in some areas, posing a risk of wheel damage if not careful.
